Your mission
Your mission is to turn our customers into dedicated Trunkrs ambassadors. They will stay with us for years, entrust all their business to us, and enthusiastically spread the word about the benefits of working with Trunkrs. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing existing customer relationships. Increase revenue and margin per customer and make sure we maintain a healthy customer retention rate.

This role is a great fit for a result-driven, data-oriented leader with a strong background in account management within a high growth scaleup environment preferably within Saas, e-commerce.


  • Maintaining contact with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new business opportunities

  • Analyzing the results: Based on this, you identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to achieve our sales objectives

  • Keeping track of customer data and keeping it up-to-date in our CRM system

  • Actively address customer churn risks and implement strategies to retain Develop and implement customer success plans, outlining goals, milestones, and strategies to help customers achieve their objectives. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and identify opportunities to drive value and maximize their success.

  • Identify opportunities to increase the "share of wallet" among existing customers by understanding their needs and upselling additional products or services that align with their goals.

  • Keeping track of customer data and keeping it up-to-date in our CRM system


  • You will be responsible for keeping our customers happy and limiting our churn to 1% per month.

  • Maximize business value per customer (15% increase of the share of wallet).

  • Promoting the benefits of our digital features to our customers and increasing revenue/margin per customer.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferable in a commercial direction

  • Strong organisational skills: As a customer success manager, you often deal with multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Therefore, it is important that you can plan, prioritise, and organise effectively

  • Analytical

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

  • Demonstrable success in managing a portfolio of key accounts

  • Creative and commercially oriented

  • You are available to work 32-40 hours per week

  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English
